Warranty/Disclaimer, Returns and Terms
All warranty and disclaimer information hereof pertains to Architectural Ceiling dome Products, it’s parent company McLaughlin Boat Works, Inc. and all affiliates.
All Architectural Ceiling Dome’s merchandise is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any repair or replacement of goods in question is predicated and under the complete discretion of Architectural Ceiling Domes, Inc. All buyers are advised that under no circumstances will Architectural Ceiling Domes be held liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the installation or use of any Architectural Ceiling Dome products. Buyers/installers assume all liability risks associated with the installation of the products. Architectural Ceiling Domes assumes no liability associated with any incidental injury relating to or caused from the installation of one of it’s products. Installation instructions are intended to aid the installer with the installation process but may not be applicable for every installation situation. It is up to the purchaser/installer to ultimately determine proper installation techniques, procedures and methods for each unique installation. The purchase and use of any Architectural Ceiling Dome product shall indicate awareness on the part of the purchaser and accept the risks associated therewith.
The above-stated express limited product warranty is being made in lieu of all implied warranties of any kind or type, including those as provided by the Uniform Commercial Code for merchantability of the product and for fitness of the product for a particular purpose. All such implied warranties, including those of merchantability and/or of fitness for a particular purchase, are excluded and disclaimed. Moreover, all claims for consequential damages and for incidental damages that may arise from a breach of the above-mentioned express warranty are also excluded and, in no event, shall the product manufacturer be liable for any breach of warranty and/or for any negligence and/or for any strict liability and/or for any breach of contract which would exceed in damage amount the cost of the product itself.
Cancellations and Returns: Please note that cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to shipping costs.
Payment Terms: All prices are FOB Hixson, TN. They do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes or duties. Payment for products ordered must be made prior to shipment unless prior written agreement terms have been arranged. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, wire transfer, certified check or other prearranged methods with Architectural Ceiling Domes, Inc.
